BABYZEN is a product suitable from infant to toddler. The newly born can be comfortably installed in a car seat or the YOGA carrycot (optional depending on country). From 6 months to 3-4 years, your child can be placed in the seat provided with the stroller. A folded BABYZEN is by far much more compact than any other infant stroller or pram. Much more comfortable than an umbrella-fold pushchair, BABYZEN is also easier to store in the trunk of a car: shorter, fixed against the rear seats with its Clipboard system, BABYZEN leaves plenty of space for other luggage.

Can BABYZEN be used with various infant car seat brands?

In Europe, Russia, the Middle East and Africa, only the RECARO Group 0+ infant car seat will fit on the adapters supplied with BABYZEN. Adapters for other major brands will become available in 2011, depending on country or region.

Can the stroller seat be facing the parent?

Before the age of 6 months, and until 10/12 months, your infant will be comfortably facing you, whilst seated or lying in the YOGA carrycot (adaptable into either a bed or a bouncer when on the ground) or in the infant car seat. From 6 months up, when your child starts discovering the world, the stroller seat will only be facing the road.

Do I need to remove the stroller seat in order to install the infant car seat or the carrycot ?

It is possible to install the infant car seat when the stroller seat is in the most reclined position.
In order to install the YOGA carrycot, you will first have to remove the stroller seat.

How can I recharge the light?

Thanks to its solar cell, the battery automatically recharges.
If you store BABYZEN for a long period of time, you might have to expose it to full daylight for at least 2 hours before activating the light. If necessary, the AAA-type battery can be easily removed and recharged with a home-charger.

Can I use the YOGA carrycot to transport a newborn in a car?

NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT!
Please note that for safety reasons, most European countries recommend not to use carrycots in cars (even if sometimes presented as “car-adapted”). When in a car, the best protection for a newborn child, and until 9 months of age, is a Group 0+ infant car seat.
